This makes a truly wonderful special breakfast, brunch or supper. 

Our pack includes 300g of Alder Smoked Salmon, a Certfied Organic Lemon and Royal Command Spanich Capers, all together in one bundle, all you need to do is supply plates!

Scattle the salmon over a flat plate, then cut the lemon into quarters, squeeeze over one of the quarters, pop the rest on the middle of the plate and sprinkle the capers as well. Let your guests serve themselves.
