This traditional English dish copied everywhere around the world in one form or another is best served piping hot with a warm baguette or sourdough loaf to mop up the sauce. The rich sauce is made with red wine and full flavored stocks and herbs, slowly cooked over several hours at low temperature.

Ingredients are: Home on the Range Signature Stew Beef, Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Beef stock, Chicken Stock, water, bay leaves, thyme, cornstarch.

Serve on its own or with your favorite rice.
