One of the key points she taught me was to include a much higher amount of protein (and fiber) in my diet than I was previously eating for each meal. It also meant that for 150 calories, I could eat 85 grams of extra lean beef or I could feel much fuller by eating 140 grams of chicken. Needless to say, I chose to feel fuller and have been eating a lot of chicken in order to lose the weight. I usually roast a full chicken about every 3 days. I started choosing organic chickens because when you're eating this much chicken, you start to worry about the levels of hormones and antibiotics you end up ingesting. Then I discovered your RedBro chickens. The difference in taste with these chickens and any other chicken I have ever eaten including any of the organic ones, is incredible. These make any other chicken meat bland and watery tasting, rubbery and dry, in comparison. You can smell the difference already when they are cooking. Anyone who has tried these RedBro chickens will know what I mean. The taste is unbelievable. I also appreciate the cooking tips using a lower temperature for these type of birds. I've lost 25 lbs over the past several months by following this regime and I'm so thankful I discovered the RedBros."

"Wanted to share how we used some of the products we purchased from Home on the Range (Organics). So here is my "recipe" for Moroccan Lamb Pasta. Being a very busy single parent, I needed something fast, so I sautéed up some of the Moroccan lamb sausage and then added it to some of Chef Allen's 3hr marinara sauce. I then topped our rotini pasta and shaved on some of the fresh unpasteurized parmesan cheese and voila! Dinner took all of about 15-20 mins! Chef Allen's 3hr marinara sauce is a staple in our house now and is so tasty that along with the zip of the spice in the lamb had my son asking for seconds. Thanks all for such amazing products!"

The eggs are extra large, and really tasty. We will never go back to buying eggs that are not grass fed/organic.

Start any day (or any meal) with a nutrition-packed fresh egg from Home on the Range. You can see the difference from a supermarket egg, and you can certainly taste it! We don't always say it, but most of us think it and feel it: being grateful that HOTR provides the hens with a clean and healthy environment.

Duck Confit

Duck confit isn't something I would attempt to do myself as there is quite an art to it (so I understand). This couldn't have been easier to prepare and tasted amazing - comparable to duck I have had in the South of France where the dish is quite famous. Worth the price for a special occasion. Very rich! Only one portion per person for sure.

I roasted it for a very long time on very low temperature with olive oil, red wine, thyme and rosemary, and the result was divine! We polished off everything and now the bones are being used for bone broth.
