This recipe, created by our own Executive Chef, Allen Ingram, incorporates local craft beer into a beautiful and deep flavored BBQ sauce.The spice range is a 3 out of 5. If you want extra spice simply add a few drops of your favorite hot sauce prior to serving.

The pork ribs are marinated in the sauce, and the product is ready to cook. Simply take the ribs out of the vacuum seal and put into the oven. Heat and serve.
