Aged 30 years in oak barrels (just like wine), Columela 30-year reserva sherry vinegar is made from the same Palomino grapes that are used to produce Spain's famous sherries. Since it's marked reserva, you know you're getting only the finest-quality sherry vinegar. Use it to add the rich, nutty flavor of aged sherry to dressings, marinades, sauces, soups, bisques and more. 12¾ oz.
