All of our sausages are made locally using organic & grass fed &/or pastured/free range meats. They are all antibiotic and hormone free. They contain no fillers such as breadcrumbs, just meat and other wholesome ingredients. No chemicals are used, and no chemical nitrates are ever added. They are made adhering to traditional techniques using the best local ingredients in BC.
