Loading... Please wait...Traditionally fermented and unpasteurized. This twist on classic Korean kimchi is mild in heat but big in flavour from garlic, ginger and daikon radish. We use wakame seaweed for its mineral density, and to give it that ‘sea’ taste without adding shrimp or fish, keeping it vegetarian-friendly.
Our cabbage, garlic and daikon are all organic and sourced from BC as much as possible. The only additive is sea salt. We make Sea’Chi the old fashioned way, taking time to allow deep flavours to develop. This process produces probiotic bacteria and enzyme activity, making it an excellent digestive aid and over-all healing food. Because this product is un-heated, it must be refrigerated before and after opening. Enjoy!
