Topo cut bison steaks have been cubed and cooked slowly for several hours with bay leaves, rich beef stock and vegetables.
Ingredients are: Bison, beef stock, tomatoes, onions, water, tomato paste, mushrooms, celery, bay leaves, spices (HOTR made, no premade spice blends) thyme, corn starch flour.
Serve on its own or with your favorite rice.
