This dish, prepared by our own Executive Chef, Allen Ingram makes use of our fantastic grass fed organic ground beef and contains all natural organic ingerdients.

Our Vacuum sealed and flash frozen packaged beef ragu is made using:

• Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef
• Organic Carrots
• Organic Onions
• Organic Chicken Stock
• Organic Celery
• Organic Thyme and Rosemary
• Cumin, Coriander, Red Pepper Flakes, Bay Leaves, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.

The dish can be heated in a pan until hot (3-5 minutes on medium if thawed or 10-12 minutes if frozen), then serve immediately.

Optional: Sprinkle with parmesan or ricotta cheese (not included).

We recommend serving the ragu with your favorite pasta, gnocchi or basmati rice.
