Our organic chicken stock is made using Polderside chicken bones as well as feet. The feet add collagen, which makes the stock more glutinous.

In addition to the bones we also use:

Organic leek, organic carrots, organic onions, cloves, bay leaves, thyme, rosemary, pepper.
