I always knew I would one day find the perfect sausage....

Wow! I love this sausage and so do my husband, mother and 13 monthh old son. Not too salty or spicey...just good meaty flavour. I normally have trouble getting one sausage down but I can easily put away three of these. I have found that the best way to cook these so that they are well cooked and tender is to brown on all sides then add a little water to the pan, cover, lower temp and steam about 10 minutes. Perfect every time!
