Ingredients are on the label in our photo. Antibiotic, hormone and nitrate free. Also filler free.
Simply heat and serve. Chef Allen recommends pan frying for 5 minutes each side, for a total of 20 minutes on a medium low temperature, or grilling then 5 minutes each side, for a total of 20 minutes.
It is Gluten Free.

i love the taste of the cranberry with the turkey, and the smokiness of the porcini mushroom complements it very well. Lovely!
