Ingredients are on the label in our photo. Antibiotic, hormone and nitrate free. Also filler free.

Simply heat and serve. Chef Allen recommends pan frying for 5 minutes each side, for a total of 20 minutes on a medium low temperature, or grilling then 5 minutes each side, for a total of 20 minutes.

This delcious sausage incorporates milk fed pork, bacon, garlic, parsley and Moraine Winery's biodynamic organic Syrah. The winery is located in Naramata, BC and is well worth a visit.
