*Some items are listed as "In-Store Only" which means you will only be able to collect these items from our store, not at the depots. This could be for many reasons including being fragile or heavy.

Our definition of "responsibly grown or raised" is:

Any product (vegetable, fruit, condiment, beef, lamb, chicken etc) that has been farmed or cultivated in a way that is sustainable and does not involve the use of hormones, antibiotics or other harmful charactisterics that are otherwise avoidable by responsible cultivation methods".

Wherever possible we source 100% certified organic product. Where there may not be products available that are certified, we will find products that practice responsible farming/cultivation techniques. To have finished products using this method is frequently much more expensive and involves more effort and time from the farmer/producer/manufacturer. Therefore the prices can be higher than a non-organic or non sustainably managed business. Our goal is to bulk buy these better quality products and bring the price down to a level that is more agreeable for our customers. We will usually be able to beat the prices for organic products you will find in stores, and that is why we offer a significant value for our customers.
