Our organic turkey stock is made using Sleeping Mountain Organic Farms certified organic turkey bones.

In addition to the bones we also use:

Organic leek, organic carrots, organic onions, cloves, bay leaves, thyme, rosemary, pepper.

*Local shopping comparion: North Vancouver Lonsdale Quay supplier (The Stock Pot) sells a 400ml container for $5.50. It is NOT organic, and half as thick as our stock.
