Comes in a PFTA free pouch that can be frozen. 750ml size for $10
Our organic chicken stock is made using Polderside chicken bones as well as feet. The feet add collagen, which makes the stock more glutinous.
In addition to the bones we also use:
Organic leek, organic carrots, organic onions, cloves, bay leaves, thyme, rosemary, pepper.
*Local shopping comparion: North Vancouver Lonsdale Quay supplier (The Stock Pot) sells a 400ml container for $5.50. It is NOT organic, and half as thick as our stock.

This broth is so delicious and so healthy - it just feels wonderful drinking it! I sometimes use it to make soup with, but mostly I just heat some up and drink it from I mug. I savour every sip. :)

I love this broth. It is so flavourful. I not only use it as a base for soups, I also heat it up and drink it plain. It's delicious. I know this sounds strange, but it feels so nourishing to drink.
