Onions, tomato pieces, tomato paste and tomato puree blended with olive oil, milk fed pork lardons and duck fat. Add basil and red pepper chili flakes makes for a delicious sauce. Simmered for 2 hours this sauce has a great depth of flavor.
This is served in a biodegradable, compostable container.
