Catering FAQ:

1. Please give us 24 hours notice for a cancellation
2. We require a credit card for deposit for orders over $100.
3. We require a $50 deposit for catering equipment used for your function.
4. Items can be delivered but must be specificed when ordering.
   
5. We do not supply cutlery or plates for your function.

Catering Menu Items:

• Chef prepared Gourmet artisan sandwiches (pear and brie, salumi stacker, milk fed ham & Championship Cheddar, duck egg & tomato, blue cheese and bacon) $7.50 each
• Selection of local artisan cheeses $6-15 per piece or $5 per person
• Selection of local & Chef prepared charcuterie (salamis, rustico’s, chorizo’s, duck prosciutto, soppressata) $5 per person
• Chef prepared organic Scotch eggs $7 each
• Chef prepared Gluten Free organic pies – (pastured turkey, chicken and grass fed beef & Guinness) $10 small, $25 large
• Chef prepared Quiche Lorraine, leek and bacon quiche $10 small, $25 large
• Chef prepared artisan Soups $7
• Chef prepared Ploughman’s Lunch $14
• Chef prepared Turkey Macedonian feta sliders, Kobe Beef Sliders $14 for 3
• Dungeness crab cakes with lemon saffron aioli $5
• Smoked duck breast salad with apples, cranberries and spiced pumpkin seeds $12
• Ham Hock Terrine $7 slice
• Duck Liver Terrine $12
• Classic Country pate $9
