Our grass fed racks of lamb range in size between 1.5lbs and 2lbs in weight.The racks have been "frenched" and ready for cooking. They offer the best of our locally sourced lamb. These are 100 mile diet friendly animals. They have been fully pastured for their lifetime and are ethically raised throughout. Slaughter occurs one day after the animals arrive, so they are ested and not stressed from travel. The resulting meat is more flavourful and nutritious as a result.

The farm follows traditional organic practices.
