Our 100% grass fed ground lamb weighs approximately 1lb for each pack. They are flash frozen and vacuum sealed for freshness and nutrient retention.
These are 100 mile diet friendly animals. They have been fully pastured for their lifetime and are ethically raised throughout. Slaughter occurs one day after the animals arrive, so they are well rested and not stressed from travel. The resulting meat is more flavourful and nutritious as a result.
The farm follows traditional organic practices.
